David C. Bauman

I'm passionate about empowering leaders and employees to make ethical decisions, drive sustainable growth, and develop humane workplaces in an AI-world. My strength is applying timeless and ancient wisdom to solve modern organizational problems such as finding a purpose, managing across generations, and taking perspective of the big picture.

I've helped teams in Europe, Asia, and the US develop practical strategies and training that works. As Chair of the Management and Leadership Department at Anderson College of Business & Computing, Regis University, I shape future business leaders through my teaching and research.

Leveraging my deep-rooted experience with Fortune 250 companies, professional associations, and academia, I offer keynote presentations with practical tools to inspire better performance and creative problem solving.
